Refunds are only applicable to services where terms have been clearly defined and agreed upon in writing.
Full refunds will only be issued if the project has not yet started or if the cancellation request is made within 48 hours of payment.
If a project is in progress and canceled by the client, a partial refund may be granted depending on the completed work.
We do not offer refunds once a project is completed and delivered, or if delay is caused by client inaction.
